1st-4th grade Summer Art: Pulp to Paper

Did you know you can make your own paper out of discarded papers around your house?

In this 3 week class students will learn all about the process of how paper is made in a factory as well as learn how to make thier own handmade paper. We will start by making paper pulp. We will then use the pulp to make a variety of papers, molded shapes and even try a little paper casting.

Your child will come home with several one of a kind sheets of paper which can be used for anything from collage to handmade cards.

All supplies included.

Class meets three times: 7/11, 7/12, 7/18 4-5:30 pm
